The Canada Whisky Symposium is a gathering of whisky experts and makers from Canada
and beyond. Through a series of seminars, we’ll share techniques and best practices on how
to make great whisky, and provide a forum for whisky makers to connect and build their networks.
The program will cover whisky making broadly, plus challenges and opportunities facing the global whisky sector. Symposium outcomes will be used as the basis to establish the event as an annual forum for dialogue about whisky culture, science, production, and sales.
